歩行中は電子ガジェット使用禁止 法案
約１月も前の米国での話題なので、とても遅れてしまった。
歩行中にプレイヤーを聞いていて、交通事故で死傷する人が出ると
いうことで、歩行中での使用禁止法案を提出したらしい。
今更だと思うのだが。
ウオークマンはもう２０年以上前からあるでしょう？
携帯だった手放せない人は沢山いるし、
そんなことを取り締まるほど、かの国の警官はヒマでもない。
従って、こんな法案はだしても通過採択される可能性はとても低いと思うが
いかがだろうか？
散々反対意見を言った上で、注意事項も記したい。
最近、イヤホンをカナル型、耳栓みたいな形状のものに変えてみた。
音漏れが少ないのは良いのだけど、本当に耳栓しているような状態なので、
周囲の音が聞こえにくい、人と会話するのは少々無理みたい。 前はＯＫだった。
このように、イヤホンやヘッドホンの性能がかなり進歩したので、
周囲の音に気づきにくい。 それでは交通事故にもあいやすいいかも。
このような理由から、使用時には周囲の状況確認はしっかりした方が良いと思います。
